Do you feel as if you're going it alone? Many Christian business owners feel this way.

In today’s business world we are all faced with difficult situations
and decisions. There are talks about downsizing, retrenchments and
equal opportunity issues. Then you have to worry about hiring the right people, the cash flow, profits and losses. Maybe you are in a partnership that has gone sour. You have to cut corners to survive. Your family feels neglected. These are just some of the issues confronting any business owner.

But godly Christian Business Owners also have to wrestle with tough moral and ethical issues, often in a ruthless nice-guys-finish-last marketplace.

What do we Christian Businessmen need?
You may well have the Word of God, the Holy Spirit and the Local Church – and yet lack the counsel, experienced advice and the emphatic encouragement of fellow executives.

What is needed is the counsel of peers; a friendly "Board-of-Directors" who are also key decision makers in their own companies. Thus, they know and feel what issues you face. Together, you can pray, search the Scriptures, seek wise counsel and solve problems in an appropriate Christian manner, so that our God can be glorified through our business endeavours. This is where the CBMC Forums play a part.

The South African ministry commenced in 2003. There are currently eight Forums countrywide with two more in the offing. There has been tremendous success with Forums in a short space of time and many testing decisions have had to be made in businesses around the country in order that God might gain the glory.
